Paysafe
Connect a Paysafe account as a bankcard gateway
Paysafe is available as a bankcard gateway.
Setup
- From Settings > Payments, choose Add Gateway
- Select Paysafe
- Enter your credentials
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | Your Paysafe API user name |
| Password | The password for that API user |
| Account ID | The Paysafe account to process against |
Payment Methods
Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and JCB.
Alternative payment methods are not available on Paysafe.
Recurring transactions may not be supported for Apple Pay on Paysafe. Contact support to confirm before relying on it for subscriptions.
3DS2
3DS2 is not supported on Paysafe.
Statement Descriptor
The descriptor field is Merchant Descriptor.

Authorizations expire after 7 days. Refunds are issued as refunds, not voids. See Authorize & Capture.
